      Although not an engineer, one of the greatest technological thinkers was Steve Jobs from Apple!

      Cornelis Lely.
      He designed a lot of the great coastal defenses in my native Holland, keeping the place dry. Good man Cornelis!

      My favourites are Thomas Edison, who was a great inventor and Maria Skłodowska Curie – the only person to win two Nobel Prizes in two different categories. Both are truly inspiring to me.
