I was part of a Project Team that created a Super Huge Floating Oil Plant in the Sea in Nigeria. This Oil Plant would pump oil from the deepest wells ever drilled to the shore to be turned into fuel and electricity for Nigeria and other developing African countries.

      Tough question!
There have been many tough and challenging projects. The hardest one though, was probably in the early 2000s when I worked on the construction project of an offshore wind farm off the coast of Denmark. The weather offshore was very uncooperative at the time and the company hadn’t provided us with the right equipment for the project. Because of that the project got delayed a lot and in the end the company lost a lot of money on it.
My PhD project, which I’m working on at the moment is very tough as well, just because it’s intellectually very challenging. Having said that, it is starting to come together and solving difficult problems is extremely rewarding!
